WHAT ARE THE WEATHER AND CANCELLATION POLICIES? 

 

Move Your Feet Tennis Cancellation Policy

The following policies are in place to ensure that we honor our commitment to our clients despite unplanned events. 

 

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a private instruction appointment. 

If you cannot give us 24 hours' notice, your appointment will be charged in full. This amount must be paid before your next appointment. 

 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment. 

 

Late Arrivals

It is possible that your session will be shortened if you arrive late to accommodate those whose appointments follow yours. However, regardless of the lesson length, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Please be on time and plan accordingly, considering your instructor and other customer's time.

 

Rain

We will not conduct classes on wet courts / surfaces - even if the sun is shining - or if it is lightly raining - for the safety of students and equipment maintenance reasons. Depending on the schedule, lessons will be rescheduled at a convenient time or continued to the next lesson.
